There is only the facelift model for next year. Kia Korea has yet to launch any ALL NEW model for Cerato, not in Korea nor any overseas market.

Just a survey , how many of you would prefer buying a 2 door Cerato Koup 1.6 Turbo with GDI engine compared to a 4 Door Cerato K3 2.0 with MPI engine, given the same price point ?

Do you rate the engine performance & sportiness as a higher priority more than the practicallity/convenience of a 4 Door sedan?

Some facts to consider
2.0 K3
Max power 161ps @ 6500 rpm
Max torque 194 Nm@4800 rpm

1.6 T-GDI
Max power 204ps @ 6000 rpm
Max torque 265 Nm@4500 rpm
0-100 km/h in 7.4 seconds

The Cerato 2017 in the comparison video is actually the pre-facelift, not the new facelifted model.

I will prefer the Koup as a second car if I already have a 4 doors family sedan.

If I'm single, will probably prefer Koup if the price is similar to the 4 door sedan.

Practicality over performance after having family. As much as our heart want performance, we can't neglect practically when our wife keeping eyes on our purchase lol

Can I suggest to change the topic's profile photo to a K3 or KIA picture?
Instead of leaving it empty

Hi, newbie here, just got my red cerato 1.6 from @Buydirect few days ago..thanks a lot Mr Loh for the good service..got a chance meeting Mr Edwin too..highly recommended SA as mentioned by all here..

Im pretty happy with d ride so far, quite an upgrade from jazz hybrid.. had done just over 200km..my only complaint is there are annoying scratches behind d door panel, i think occured during d tinting..

Can anybody advise how to turn off the speed dependent volume control? Been reading d thick manual and stuff on internet but somehow i cant find d setting..

Thanks n looking forward to learn from all d sifus here..
