Is there anyway to improve the radio reception. It's hard to not notice the static voices

Just done my first 1000km service at KIA Batu caves.
I also complained about a rattling sound coming from somewhere under the touch screen. The staff checked and recorded a video to submit for warranty claim. Says I have to wait around 2 weeks for approval

Is that the correct list? My first service was much cheaper than that. Only 4L Fully Synthetic Oil changed. Not 5L

I sent my car in at Batu Caves Service Center on 6/11/2016 to inspect on a rattling noise beneath the dashboard.(somewhere between the clock and radio)
They submitted a warranty claim and asked me to wait for approval. And told me that approval time may take up to 2 weeks. I already called them up to ask for the status, up until today it's still pending.

I cannot accept that the warranty approval need so much time to be approved, furthermore for such a small case. The HQ office is in Malaysia, not in Korea.
What if there is any major warranty claim in the future? Do I need to be car-less for a few weeks just for them to approve the claim?

Many sound in my HU too. Cant find out and cant solve. Turn up the music volume

You're spending less than the price of Cerato 1.6 sx, but getting a Koup 1.6 T-GDI car. If the space is not an issue for you. Confirm worth it.

I don't turn off my air cond before stopping the car engine. And let the air cond on by itself automatically every time when I start the engine. Is that alright?

my radio also always buzzing. Certain station cannot listen without the buzzing sounds.
