Agree that if you have the cash and the need for the house immediately, chimes is cheaper in terms of psf price and features 😊

According to SA, type A is designed to cater to people who believe in feng shui, as they have receive a lot of feedback that all rimbayu design is such a way that when you enter you step into the bottom of the toilet... hence they came out with type A by shifting the door to the center away from the bathroom ...

Rhb full flexi... Blr-2.5 ..... But I think now a nit difficult to get effective 4.35 un lesss loan over 1mil... I think effctive 4.4 is a good rate now..

IJM is ok.. but their contractor still sucks.... Ask them recitfy 10 things... they rectify only 6 things.. then you have to complain to IJM again... then they will ask you to wait another few weeks for them to rectify... ding dong ding dong after half a year also cannot move in....some more did not full rectify all the things that I have listed.... sigh..... sienzz
