2019 beginning ES condo + rimbayu service apartment completed. All this is 99% confirmed deliver.
As I know tropicana now also looking big commercial come in also.

Scaled model of Penduline@Bandar Rimbayu.
Seems quite nice. soft launch not sure how is the response, because 640k before discount, quite low entry price for this area.

I like the floor plan design. Very optimized spacing for 20x70 unit built up. biggrin.gif

confirm canal wont fail but my only point is tht the returns here will be low... how much higher can u go when buying a 1mil LH terrace house in ecosanc... .

My statenent has been proven bby rimbayus low subsale value which is around 20% below what it should be fr d timeframe n a BBB project!!

Yes, i think BBB not applied to short term in canal city, i do agree too.
But short term for landed house in current marktet really hard now. So if compare other landed, same status will happen. But some other condo might BBB if short term.
Just believe in 2018 times, house in canal city will great.

no doubt the analysis made has high chance of ‘correct' instead of 'false'.
nice info for the potential buyer too.

however my point is that resident in Canal City do not need to pijak other township to make Canal looks better notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

agree, no pijak.
Just everyone select own preference, whether lifestyle / bigger size / near convenient work.
Even some love condo vs landed for same price.
Just for buyer, need collect more info for decision making.

Unless it's a corporate tower being specifically built for large corp, else corporate office is tough for sale / rent.
