I use CIMB for my loan, the staff handle my case very polite and efficient. I saw she is around during launch day of Penduline as well. CIMB approved my application at least one week faster than most bank. Anyway my loan for different project and not Penduline.

R22..... it was decide well before government make the announcement. So you will need to fork out extra to change it. You may still get R22 aircond at this moment. Not really sure when will the gas fully phase out.

For own stay and if you are doing renovation, recommend to change it once for all. It cause me 2K++ for all the piping.

For investor, mostly will just leave it as it.

This would be an even better buy than Penduline..... much bigger in size, lower price, more features. Plus point, ready to move in.

I don't see any reason they want to sell at such a low price.
