PS3 for daily use.. its more comfortable due to soft sidewall, good performance in rainy days, and silent too
RE003 for occasionally track day.. harder sidewall for good steering response, grip should be better then PS3, in rain should be ok with average speed 80km/h..

if ur car also for family, not recommended RE003, if ur car only for urself then RE003 all the way..

then from ur situation u describe, RE003 all the way.. its not like u have family yet.. fetch parents only weekend still ok.. summore RE003 cheaper by rm30-40 per piece.. but need to remember it maybe wear quite fast..

i've been on PS3 for more then 6 years.. so far i try to read review or feedback from other tyre to change.. but non of them as good as PS3 which is winner for all rounder.. the only weakness of PS3 is soft sidewall which make aggressive or hard maneuver will make it wobble..
before i change to PS3 for the 1st time, i use Hankook V8RS which is really good on wet and dry (i remember i can speed up until 160km/h in heavy downpour using 205/45/16 tyre size which make it quite awesome tyre).. harder sidewall then PS3 which make hard turn very stable.. but the production end so early, so no more in market, so that's why i choose PS3 which until now i really cant change my mind to try other tyre because non of them as good as Hankook V8RS

as for RE003, its for occasional track day user.. not daily with heavy downpour rain and silent tyre.. but the grip is marvelous and its sidewall is harder then PS3.. so its not family cars tyre with better grip in wet and dry..

For all rounder, it could never been wrong with PS3.. the soft sidewall makes the car more comfortable but not good for conering..
But i experience it with 55 series tyre, so for ur case with 45 series tyre maybe a bit better..
