This reply is coming a bit late but I hope it'll be useful for others.
Most modern cars already have adjustable camber. This whole "adjustable camber nut" only applies to very, very old cars. My 10 year old Camry, 6 year old MyVi also come with adjustable camber as standard. All these shops will do is remove your original nut which is perfect for your car, and replace it with some RM5 after market shoddy nut, then charge you RM150 a piece.
Don't trust the readings on the computer/machine screen. Those have been manipulated. They can easily adjust the "offset" to give you bad readings.
One way I know if my camber is off is by looking for uneven tyre wear. If one side of my tyre is badly worn out while the other side is fairly good, then something is amiss.
In any case, most modern cars will not need their camber adjusted for at least about 10 years of usage, maybe even more. The only time you need adjustment is if the car has been through a major accident or if you drive it in construction sites all day everyday.

Also look out for the metal valve scam. They will claim that the metal valves are better but in my experience, they're no better than the regular plastic valves. The rubber around the metal valves will still wear out as the tyre ages.

are u sure your info is correct?regarding to the metal valves,i had changed 4 sets of tyres for my vios and they are stil running good without air leak.compare to the rubbers, there was once it leaked before the tyre wears out completely.

I changed all 4 also and 1 leaked before the tyre was worn out and is well within it's service period. My other car is using rubber/plastic valves all the way till the end of the tyre's life and not a single problem encountered. Point here is it doesn't make a difference big enough to warrant the price.

Even if it's true (no way to know this for sure), some who cares for aesthetic aspects of their wheels surely appreciate the looks and feels of metal valves and do not mind the price.

Yup. Can't argue with that. If the price is ok for you and you like the way it looks, then by all means, get it.
