hey guys...i am confuse on bsn syntha 6 or dymatize elite whey ..( i try to get 10lbs package ) becasuse my ON almost gone and new price very expensive...


1 ) .which one will be better in taste ?
2 ) dymatize provide 25g protein while syntha 6 only provide 22g....so its better to get elite whey ?
3 ) Bsn have less serving compare with elite whey...as economic..i should go for elite whey ??

one more, pls share me ur others 10lbs package...recently ON is very expensive ...

1- some say bsn tastes good some say dymatize tastes good. Never tried both brands before. You have to try.
2 & 3 - Dymatize Elite hands down. Dymatize 25g protein (70 serving per tub) vs 22g (28 serving per tub)

or try Cellucor. RM175. 52 serving, 1 serving 25gram

bro...10lbs provide 97 servings..

BSN Syntha 6 has much more carbs, that is why it has lesser servings.

You need to compare entire macro nutrition profile + ingredients.

I think most of us only look at the protein cause carb is so easy to get.
I always get Dymatize Elite Whey Vanilla then add milo, can't go wrong with that.

MP Combat? Hm i would take Dymatize. best bang for the buck

All whey protein is the same. I've bought Chocolate, Chocolate Mint, Cafe Mocha & Gourmet Vanilla. They all taste the best for the first few servings.
Finally I'd go for vanilla + milo.

Non-hardcore builders doesn't need that? Sorry, whey supps is totally out of my realm of knowledge.

Many things can be labelled as '8 hour long lasting protein'. Just because it is labelled like that does not mean that the general public cannot use it. Again, you need to compare the ingredient list, at least the protein part to know what you are really consuming.

I believe MP Combat is spiked with some amino acids to raise the protein count during testing and therefore in actual gives a lesser real protein count. There's a discussion on spiked proteins somewhere in this section.

Currently reading a lot about MP Combat being spiked. Now searching for the latest news for that issue. Seems like there is no update whatsoever.

Go for no spiking, high protein content, best bang for bucks brand. Taste for me not anywhere priority. Currently using Dymatize Elite Whey.

You gotto go do some research man on what are the content used for amino spiking. If you compare the price per serving for ON and Dymatize Elite, the price is just a small fraction difference. Dymatize is bigger in serving per scoop. 31g ON vs 36g Dymatize. Thats near 20% difference there.

You need to read the ingredient label. There are tons of threads in bodybuilding.com that talks about spiking, also lots of articles on the web, and there's one thread somewhere here in this section.

It's because whey prices are always increasing each year.
Our currency has gone down a lot compared to USD.

I used to compare like you. how much is one gram of protein for all brands. nowadays I pay slightly more for better proteins with no fillers or unnecessary aminos.

despite what MP claims, I don't buy their combat anymore.

dynamite is still the cheapest whey around.

I stick with the basics. Whey > All.

Pretty ok to me. I mix 1 scoop with 150ml of water only.

Mind to enlight me what's unnecessary aminos, what's the concern? it is waste of money or does bad to our body? I don't usually go too deep about whey, to me they are for convenience because I cant swallow 3eggs (assume 24g protein) 1 shot but I can easily drink a scoop. I usually mix them like, eat 2 eggs, 1 scoop whey to fill the macro needs.

to eat eggs alone is tough. try eat like normal with rice, but more eggs. last time i ate nasi lemak with 10 whole eggs, not that tough, it's doable
