Hi all taiko, i had read thru all your posting since months ago , which i very much interest in EW , SEH , and KE . it make me so difficult to choose the right unit ,

i would like to buy for ownstay and here is my conclution for the 3 projects :

EW (Merrydale) - very beautiful , RM750k++ , down payment RM50k , additional toll , no clubhouse

SEH (Grandis) - beautiful , RM770k++ , down payment RM20k , additional toll , no clubhouse

KE (Precint 2) - average , RM800k++ , down payment RM3k , save 1 toll , with clubhouse

any taiko can give me any advise , btw . most of my activities will b around seri kembangan and kuchai lama ..

Mellowood concept is nice and it is something different compare to others. Although there are easy way to own 1 thru their promo the price i think still on the high side. Recall from the EM thread it got mentioned 800K and above right?

Presumably even buildup is same, the feeling of a SemiD / Cluster with link houses are totally different..

If been given a choice between corner/end lot of link house and SemiD/Cluster with the similar pricing, there are quite a number of people will opt for SemiD/Cluster as well..
