Fasa 1 dipecahkan kepada 2 kumpulan. Satu kumpulan yang memang untuk Fasa 1 and satu lagi sepatutnya untuk Fasa 2. Tetapi SPS bagi peluang kepada ramai2 orang untuk beli sebuah rumah di Ecohill. Kumpulan kedua sepatutnya ada DIBS (kumpulan 1 memang ada DIBS) tetapi telah bubahkan DIBS selepas jualan untuk kumpulan ini. Menurut SPS, mereka tak sempat untuk sediakan semua dokument jadi pembeli dari kumpulan ini dapat discount 3 peratus 

If he/she is SPS staff, he/she basically holding all those buyer document, all can be use as "proof" leh..... which mean all SPS staff can be "genuine owner"...

EM tenderfield shall have park inside the fencing area as well, but dun think shall be as grand as grassland park + Oriental Garden..

Jason gor, I thought near the roundabout entrance of Tenderfield shall have a private park? Something similar to Cradleton as well, no?

Seems quite a lot of lorries buses use ecohill link now.

Look like noise pollution and dust may affect the ds link house facing the main road.

So many pages still discussing about this 1. Many times thru V1 till V13A ppl have been talking abt it and till now still the same. Like all taikoh(s) said, is up to your own preference. Some like far and dont mind travelling. Some treat time as gold then stay nearer to KL/work place. If drive car, 100% cannot avoid traffic unless u driving off peak. If public transport (non-bus) no trafffic but maybe hv to wait if is full. Whatever your decision is down to yourself. You like you buy. You dont like then look else where. No point of arguing and keep emphasize distance is an issue or affordability. Everyone buying within their own financial capability...  If cant get nearer to your workplace/KL then keeps going further and find one which meets your requirement. New or old is up to individual too. As long as you happy, that is the most important thing

everyday i travel around 130km / day and pay 12 tolls ah....

you always can buy a house near to your office unless you want to work for this company till you retired.

in realistic, you won't do that.
