Well, yestersay the queue at Mahkota traffic loght junction queue until grand saga highway, he is lying on this.

Most likely he put all his money on Mahkota Cheras and Sungai long so no choice have to defend until "departed" ...LOL

And for Mahkota Cheras with so many tamans, he chose the nearest to highway as comparison...really "good work"

No doubt without lekas link, semenyih jam is worst, but with lekas link, the traffic already improve a lot and for sure on par or even better compare to Mahkota Cheras and Sungai long....I show the picture as proof, then this make the guy immediattely go crazy and bark like no tomorrow...

most likely feel threaten and feel wrong invest in mahkota cheras/sg long after seeing setia ecohill establish so well..

point out the negative side is fine, but selectively point out then got problem...just like trying to hide something bad on himself and try to point out other ppl bad side without any solid proof...

my words is true and honest, with the lekas link, the traffic for ecohill to city center is on par with sg long already... biggrin.gif

The lekas link looks better than expectation, cut at least 20 min travel time during peak hour, peak hour can reach ecohill frm Kl in less than hour....

consistently show the time travel is within one hour...waze is quite accurate, normally +/-15 min different..

compare to other area like puchong, subang jaya, setia alam, bandar sungai long, mahkota cheras, travel time to kl is almost the same....

so those ppl keep saying ppl will not chose setia ecohill due to traffic issue, then why still got so much population a at puchong, subang jaya, setia alam, bandar sungai long, mahkota cheras?

The jam during weekend definetely improve at old town area...samkp already share the daily travel time from ecohill to Kl city center using waze, around 50 min, in actual.should be +/-15 min difference..
