Eih, really is design? I thought is a requirement where you cannot cover the car porch till near the gate there? Semi-D has bigger car porch but terrace home normally the car porch area is small and short coz developer wanted to maximize the space and sell higher. If cover all meaning it is very near to the gate already... EH 1 semi-D or bungalow don't have gate also so I guess is no problem if the developer wanted to cover all. At the end, developer wants design over usefulness

I don't know whether there's a local ruling set on the car porch... but for EcoSanc the superlink (gateless) has 80ft and 85ft length (there are 2 types) which is as long as a SD - so this make it possible. Sorry divert a bit to EcoSanc
