Congratulation...

May I know what kind of sound barrier EM shall provide. I presume SEH will plant alot trees along roadside near to Lekas highway as well. Perhaps not fully get rid of the noise, but for sure it will reduce significantly..

In terms of STP, I think should be still tolerable, as the land of grandlis is about 2 - 3 floors higher than STP. Furthermore, there is a small lake separating the house units and STP. Considering the vast experience of SP in Setia Alam / Setia Ecopark, I think they should know how to deal with it in a professional way.

I presume there are still units further away from the STP and Lekas if that's your concern, why not book those unit then?

I am a cradleton purchaser and if not mistaken the wall fencing is just similar to the one in show village, no? It is not a fully covered wall, it consists of some steel bar in between the wall pillar..

I think the units affected the most in EM on noise from Lekas is the Merrydale units.. So far when I passby Lekas, still haven't see any sound barrier wall there yet.. Perhaps need to wait till around VP only can see such structure..

This is the sales chart I capture last week.. the units on the left seems is further away from Lekas and STP..

Yes, that's true. One can see clearly when passby the Lekas. It is an enclosed STP.

Begonia and Bellucia unfortunately already sold off. Perhaps can consider the Bartonia units..

Bro, trust me, once Ecohill link is completed, you will reach SEH much faster than Taman Melur. The cost is need to pay RM 1.10 extra..

Before discussing about the referal (in fact they are many choices available here instead of me), I presume the most important matter is you must go to Setia Ecohill welcome center discuss with the SA, check on the available unit, understand the infra / amenities available, check on the surrounding , do a small site visit or even can go up to the PARC to have an aeriel view, before deciding whether you want to take the unit.

In addition, as we discuss here many times, some potential purchaser may have issue of the privacy (since it is just opposite of a medium cost low rise) and closest to the religious center.

Therefore, should gather all these information before make decision to choose the facing of the house, units that is further away from religious center (depend on individual, some may like it, some may not) and etc..

Buying a house should not only listen to forum only, must do more research..
