Well, I think it is all depend on the people inflow in the coming 2 - 3 years... Kajang / Semenyih / Bangi area never have such concept of commercial area before.. Time will tell though...

Unfortunately no.. It's individual title with DMC (same as Setia EcoPark)... Fully GnG with Agil PIDS perimeter fencing (same as Changi airport).. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif
