Despite all the unit look alike, there are more factors that differentiate from the rest of the units that fulfill the needs of individual tenant. Therefore some units are easier to rent out than the rest.

Agreed. No compensation somemore the refund will be use as offset to the miscellaneous charges upon delivery of vacant possession. The developer should give a good explanation and not penalize us.

What is your criterias for own stay? Location? environment? Neighbourhood? Some people may want quite place to stay. Some people prefer majority owner bought for own stay than investment.
Location wise i think is good coz near KL and accesible to akleh/duke/mrr2.
But it is next to highway probably will have noise pollution.
I followed this property earlier before property cool down and observed most bought it for investment.

looks great
strategic location

cons:
insane number of units
potential abandonment then but now it's nearly completed
