Was there.. Min price is 315k after 5 % is 300k. Each floor higher will be additional 1k and corner unit will be additional 5k. First block sold out but not sure on the second and third block though..

I guess this developer is not really good.
But one thing good on this project for the buyer is this project doesnt have GRR. Further this is only phase 1 of the whole development. the potential is there. |
