Thanks for the heads up, chief  notworthy.gif

The phase 2 behind is high rise development or....?

Actually I took unit no.7 Block B corner, facing the swimming pool & phase 2 parcel..  tongue.gif

Not fancy block C due to next to MRR2, although can view KLCC from side windows..

If I'm not mistaken your unit has a 15k premium thereabout on top of regular price due to the Olympic swimming pool view and corner.
Good news is your east view into phase 2 is entirely unobstructed. But I'm not sure if u would like what you see on the ground.

Clue = "Treatment".

What we mean by saying this? We realized that we wanted to be a developer that creates value and we decided on a perfect strategy – we want our customers to make money at the point of purchase. Andaman’s customers do not have to wait for the price to appreciate over the years!

So great man?

I wont believe this kind of marketing technique.

1st of all, it seems like no information in the internet at all not even at Andaman website.

2nd, how many can get loan and its thru agent not developer. They can claimed 200% sold but just a claimed by agent nia. Most likely next month u can hear 80% canx their purchases.

Unit sold should be counted after SnP is signed not booking fees.

Some of the developer allowed booking fees to be refunded.

Probably with these few reasons...

1) most earliest block start selling

2) perhaps more quiet environment, instead of beside /nearer MRR2

3) lower Psf , if compare to other blocks (I not sure for this one)

Let's wait n see any purchasers from block C n A sharing their thoughts here...

BuySellRentCondo, are you agent for Googolplex marketing block B or are you one of the investor? Quite an event Googolplex has made. On another hand, kinda pity those buyers that needs to queue since midnight and those unable to get. U guys have set the marketing bar pretty high. haha.

As far I know, Googolplex sold out Block B and due to overwhelming response, even open up few floors of block C for booking on the same day, but they are higher floors, if not mistaken from 28th floor onwards or so. Correct me if I am wrong.

Lower floors of Block C (25th floor and below) were sold more privately without any advertisement or marketing. Their pricing are about the same as Block B, but some of block B's price has a significant premium slapped on it due to swimming pool view and corner, but the other half of block B's view is facing block A directly. I find Block C's position generally are better as there's nothing blocking any view front and back. It is fronting the water feature and garden. It was mentioned as million dollar landscape. I assume it should give u a sense of serenity and not some scary jungle. lol. The back of both block B and C would kinda have the northern KL and Genting view. Both block B&C faces North-South. Not so much affected by morning and evening sun except for the corner units. About the noise from highway, I think it will equally affect all 3 blocks except those facing east. If the windows are kept closed, noise should be very minimal. Anyway, the residence floor starts at 8th floors high up from the highway.

Block A I heard it would be open this weekend, but with a price increase of between 6% - 7% starting from RM320k after discount.
