  i just cancel my two unit due to not so confident with the developer and agent.i am the one who que at their prelaunch sales and have to paid rm100 for the property booth, wait and wait for almost 8th month but suddenly the developer said need to pay the 5% downpayment and sign the SPA then
after two month only can apply loan.what i feel is they want our money first.i ask the agen for black and white stated that after sign SPA if loan not approved then can get fully refund but they dare not gave.how will i know after i gave the down payment and sign SPA if loan not approved,they will return my money.
even now when i cancel my booking then they told me need 1-2 month for me to get back my booking fee       wasting my time for queing and wait for so long.
