Hah... I remember the first time I bought a pet, which is a hamster. I bought it first, ask later. The conversation went like this:

Me: Abah, can I keep hamsters?
My dad: No!
Me: But I already bought them!

I know he'll say know if I ask, so I bought them first. He then went out and buys all the supplies (the hamster foods that he bought was so many, it lasted a year) even though he says no. My dad are weird. Hehe.

Actually, its not a good idea to give a big tank for a breeding pair, the mum will have to run all over the tank taking care of the pups, and if one strays away to somewhere the mum cant notice it, it might get cold and die. Please read up more on breeding before you start.

4 feet tank is still ok for gerbils.. but I wont recommend anything larger. For big tanks dont put too many sections, things and levels inside. Sometimes if there are a lot of gerbils in a tank full of things there may be the case where 2 of the gerbils dont meet each other for more than a day, then suddenly they meet, and start to fight. This has happened before in huge setups to some people.

88 pets mart sells for rm 39 i think.. some LFS sells for rm 35... I think PJ old town has some LFS that sells cheap.

If you want 2 feet size for rm 20+ you have to get glass tank. Plastic tank price range for 2 feet will always be rm 30+

but glass them DIY the cover will if be the same? hehehhe
