BMC route jam again, at 7.35am the jam from GS exit till Mahkota Residence, what happened, I tot no jam in school holiday?

Don't understand what is Bukit Suria Garden Village and surian tropical become taman bukit suria?

I 'm suspect is the tracffic light issue again.

From the radio traffic report this morning, there is a car breakdown at Persiaran Mahkota 1 thus only 1 lane is available for traffic

When I saw the massive jam at Mahkota Residence, quickly turn left and go back to Sg Long via Mahkota Garden & Seksyen 1, wanted to save mileage and toll end up pay more petrol and toll

same with me
usually I will check with Waze before start my journey but today happily using BMC route
when reach Persiaran Mahkota 2 realize that PM1 is jammed
then turn left to enter Jalan Sg Long and have to pay RM 0.90

They change their Taman signage.

I left in 6.40 am early morning. Traffic condition still smooth.

Yup every where also UTAR students as if the whole Sg Long is UTAR campus, no wonder they named it UTAR Sungai Long City Campus

Wonderful to see the choices of food and shops nowadays here but the congestion is getting to me these few days. Queues for lunch are really quite crazy, although food choice is amazing liao. I left my student life behind me last year and have no intention to go back...am looking for a new place now. Anyone wants to buy my place?
