there are a few houses in SL4 heavily renovated too

if the taman all are bunglow, it's ok to have different type of renovation and design, as this is bunglow, good exampl is hartmas heights at persiaran dutamas , all are bunglows and the design are all different, still looking good.

but if Semi D or terrece houses, and many type of renovation and color until the original design totally gone, then will look very non uniformity look, kind like ugly...

yup, I went to a friend's house near kepong, the whole taman is a mess as everyone has their own design after renovation, and the design sometime not that decent, it makes the whole taman look weird, like those new village in Jinjang, everyone can build what they want.

maybe they want to hold the opening until next general election, ask SG long or BMC bote for BN then onyl oepn the scholl

Don't be surprise that if there is traffic jam in Sg Long in the coming Sunday (31/5/2015) because 10,000 Utarian has come in. The orientation program will be started on 31/5/2015.

those doing FnB business at sg long must be having a very busy day start this sunday...another 10k student potential bsuiness everyday...

Let see how Sg Long cope with this 10k Utarian, hope it will be smooth sailing.

few months ago, according to DAP in newspaper, they accused MCA deliberately delay it because they know there will be no teacher to accomodate in this new school，

so, they can only hold it to avoid blamed by the chinese community....i hope this is not true....

nowaday so crowded st sg long commerical area there...especially during weekend..

In Malaysia it is easier to build an university than a chinese primary school

not only 10k but 10k plus 10k parents, sister brother, aunty uncle...haha

SL 1 commercial area too small for Sg Long folks now additional 10k Utarian...

Hope will be spillover effect to SL 11 commercial area which now is like half dead.

one question : how come utar can obtain the ccc, syabas, tnb so fast even the building is still not 100% finished...

UTAR under MCA, BN punya..

Or UTAR open the school without these approval ?

Hope it only my imagination.
