I doubt there are sufficient students for this Tamil school, may be ended up like mini school with less than 50 students

I'm suprise that the status of this project is only at BP submission stage. KM has been obtained long time ago, the commitee has to fulfill all requirements and comments by MPKJ and submit BP asap. Works can only be started when BP is approved. Now the building is already up but BP has yet to be obtained. Who is sleeping on the job?

Millions govt allocation and public donation has been given to the committee don't tell me Architect not getting paid. In fact the committee should publish periodical financial statements for public but nothing yet

It is Architect's job under the direction of client. The Architect can't simply change the plans without consulting the client. May be the commitee engaged uncompetant architect, which may be also one of the reason for the delay.

Yup close the right turn from SL 1 commercial area to SL 3, all cars u-turn at UTAR junction to enter commercial area ease the jam for both in and out.

Anyway no traffic jam at UTAR junction as at 7am.

As far as I know once architects submitted the bp /do
Architect can claim from client already .
I don't think architect purposely delay and don't want claim fees . Unless the architect said its do it for charity .
Lastime my previous project one of Chinese school in subang . The main con is no:1 builder (everyone know him )
The Bos told
Media he doing for charity for that school
After that the committee dint pay him money
Then he asked
His men stop work .
That school also take some time to finish
Fund not enough , former YB donated and get two Kuching continues the fencing brick work after few days the two Kuching worker also missing .

It is a norm for school building committee to hire contractors? I tot this is a government project, anyone can give insight.

this is not gov project, thats why it is handled by committee...but gov gave 4 or 5 million to this project....

Understand that SL 7 just got the new basketball court, construction cost RM90K fully paid by MPKJ, thinking to pay a visit this week end, hope SL 7 guard won't stop me

Yup RM4.5 million but the final construction cost increased to RM7.5 million, the balance all paid by public donation, as such the committee should make the accounts public.

According to link below: Traffic is smooth, at today 9 am, it only take 2 minute + from Mahkota Residence to reach Cheras-Kajang Expressway.

I remember effective today MPKJ take over traffic light (75 second green light) at BMC exit, if so should try BMC route tomorrow.
