the hot weather is encouraging me to install air cond(1hp) in the master bedroom but i don't know which ac to pick and since i'm staying in 3rd floor awning might be a little difficult since the windows are grilled. Another issue which I haven't thought is the market price as I haven't survey those electrical shop.

so far crime rate i haven't really notice much but there are some case of snatch thieves case happen in the dusk, thus you see most section in Mahkota Cheras are gated and guarded...
but if any case of break-in in my house, my wood katana is standing by. brows.gif

My DS intermediate in Sg Long was only 230k when I bought it mid-2010. 4 yrs ago. Now all house prices so crazy.

last time if you told people to buy condo, they will laugh at you, say you are stupid for paying maintenance every month...now, even studio people also sapu... doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

yes, but realy duno why ppl buy studio

i almost beli studio n duplex last year b4 i bought a house in setapak (freehold).

then think think...studio if rent out, rm1600 per unit, hard to get ppl to rent, unless to foreigners or expats...ROI susah

Congrate, I still remember got some people complain Sungai Long very far and "deep inside" some years back, will be a ghost town eventually.. Time has proven they are totally wrong..

sg long house was cheaper than outside before 2012....i still remember when i bought my house, the price was cheaper than serdang...now, the price has overtaken the serdang price...lol icon_rolleyes.gif

i remembered last time, every tuesday pasar malam time...got 1 apek will sit near the arche (duno call what..the entrance to sg long...1 way in, 1 way out). then he will use walkie talkie to inform the dvd sellers got bandaraya come..lolzzz)
