The problem has persisted for a week plus. Every time i try checking out of the transaction steam will display
“Unexpected error had occurred. Your transaction is not completed. Please contact Steam Support"

Well i contacted Steam Support and no replies from them lol

There's several ways to fix this ,most common ones are to purchase during non-peak hours. Another one is a call directly to your bank.

May i ask when is the non-peak hours?

About my card, i have used the same card that i tried to transact in my account and have successfully added funds for my friend's account. Tho it has no harm trying.

I once got the bug during night time ,thus I try it again on morning 7~9am . U could try to google "transaction not succesful quote " and use the 'delete userdata' option tat are available from reddit or steam community.

just encountered a disgusting asf strat. naix with aghanims assimilate pudge entire game. pudge just need to rot inside, and it does no damage to himself apparently, thats all his job is. 5v4. pudge bought radiance, assault and vlads. disgusting asf game. only come out once in awhile to bite me (carry). basically a 12 slotted naix.

i think that strategy is already shown in some youtube video a few days back

And the abuse of it started. Seen it on facebook.

Strats like these aren't viable as they require the executing team to have so much farm (Agha etc.) first. Shut them down early and you'll be just fine.

Last time my team got these XD, I play as spectre, so i use ult, we find solo hero, then blink to them, profit.

10 v 10... Not yet try but Spectre would look pretty good when you think of it.
