QUOTE(buzzfizz @ May 28 2015, 04:05 PM) Guys my friend is using the herakles tank and its constant leaking and rasa hangit2 when vape. he's using occ build. any advice? Screw the occ tight enough should be ok. Try to dissemble the whole tank n soak in warm water. Then assemble back n see. I've been using herakles for almost 1 month, no major leaking issue except slight leaking from air hole due to vacuum Burnt taste? He's using the 0.2 or 0.6 occ? What's the wattage he's been firing? Is he using the original occ? This post has been edited by cyapd: May 28 2015, 04:16 PM

QUOTE(812799 @ May 28 2015, 02:08 PM) 0.7ohm 7.7w 2.4v so far ok la, nothing to shout about actually i've not touch the settings yet Bro, bring the wattage higher. 2.4V might as well don't vape...hehe. Bring it up to about 3.5V. Looks like you are using the 0.5ohm OCC which means upward of 20 watts.

QUOTE(Domomo @ May 28 2015, 04:16 PM) hand twisted ,i dont have a drill but can i ask the danger of vaper this kind of wire This wire is a twisted 28 Ga, if you wrap it around a 2.5mm bit 7 times it comes out at 1.12 Ohms The danger is if you start vaping beyond the battery amp limit.

QUOTE(Fallen84 @ May 28 2015, 12:22 PM) The Provari is not meant for sub ohmer, i own a beat up P3 and it's working perfectly, they now have an update and the P3 can support down to 0.5 ohms. From my point of view, the P3 is a good investment(at least it is for me) Do you mind to explain a little bit more about sub ohmer? newbie here haha

Then you get really tight twists like this. Don't twist too tight. Defeats the purpose of twisted. It's supposed to leave pockets for juice to pool. I used to twist till it snaps off. Then I tried looser twists. Prefer looser twists. This post has been edited by JimL: May 28 2015, 05:16 PM

QUOTE(kC- @ May 28 2015, 04:32 PM) Do you mind to explain a little bit more about sub ohmer? newbie here haha Subohm normally means the resistance on your wire is lower than 1(usually around 0.2 - 0.5 as per today's standard) and per calculation you need to fire your device on a minimum of 25w and above. This will result in massive clouds of vapor. The provari does not support anything lower than a 0.5(latest version 38 update) and it can only fire 20w. so if you want a provari, you can count on it to be working perfectly everytime you screw a tank onto it. I'm currently using a dripper with dual coil 28ga 8 wraps 0.6ohm on my provari and i notice the heating is slower than you pumping 40w, but when the coils heats up, it can deliver results. hope you understand
