Depends on how many packs you smoke. If you fix your budget and don't look to upgrade, you can save money in the long run

There are plenty of shops around Klang Valley and I suggest reading online about some mods before entering these Brick And Mortar shops.

Hmm I don't know too much on which grade of materials the local brewers use but I think even if you got the highest grade of pg/vg/nic/ flavouring it would still be a cost saving in the long term. For example I just quickly browsed Google and found a local supplier for pg and vg. 1 litre is only rm40
