i got no idea also laugh.gif

no idea about the concept of "loaded or low loaded unit"...

the bond has been purchased more than 2 years now.

this can be done by myself without being charged by an agent? biggrin.gif
*
Loaded or low loaded is base on the sale charge u pay.
U try it through PMO.
not need agent. Just need the PMO. cheaper

Ouch, ouch, ouch, Asia Pacific and Greater China funds dropped 18%-20% off the peaks…

Definitely feeling the pain if bought this year… If bought last year, the roi is still positive, in 20% - 30% plus regions.

Buy more and wait for the rebound?  console.gif

What really hurting are bond funds...  ranting.gif

Hi guys, i have 3 types of funds with public mutual that has been there for many years and i plan to withdraw it. Can i do it online?

Just checked it in PMO, is it under the redeem? If i plan to clear all, i just key in the full units (including decimal) and redeem only?

Been there for like 6-7 years and it was a 1 time deposit only. I'm consolidating all my investments and want to move it to other platforms.
*
Ya, redeem.
I oso got public fund. Just let it there.
Unless others platform give u special sales charge, if no, wasting only.

Up to u la, ur money.

My investment spread various platforms 😂

Ok got it, my amount is very small only. Sure won't simply put in other place with extra sales charge  tongue.gif

I have too many platforms already, so slowly sorting it.

Btw, just curious, last time when we do in bank/agent, there is a 5.5% fee right? If we do ourselves online in PMO site, is it the same?
*
I'm not sure which fund u tap in.
Now I usually buy e-series fund which is 3.75% sales charge.
E series bond is 0%

I read the prostectus, but i'm not really get it.. is it more locally, then max 20% invest global?
*
i think is GLOBAL asset allocation

this fund invests to a maximum of 40 stocks in a portfolio primarily consisting of Shariah-compliant pioneer entrepreneur stocks / giant company (Tencent, FB, Google etc)

up to 20% of the Fund’s net asset value (NAV) may be invested in other Shariah-compliant stocks listed on the global markets. >> i think it mean it can invest (max 20%) in the company not under pioneer entrepreneur stocks ....

hope my understanding wont miss far from it.... sweat.gif

from the above mean max is 40 stock, who know, may b the fund manager able to pick 30 stock aje....

but too diversified not good? u afraid it will drag down the performance?

if like this ETF boleh tutup kedai oledi...... whistling.gif

u wanna make big profit, try buy the stock.....sure big profit if rally, but if dip, u dun cry aje ..... brows.gif

QUOTE(kangwoo @ Apr 27 2021, 12:27 AM)
for my case, I am investor first then a consultant.
-before I invest in unit trust funds, I read their fund factsheet, location, past performance and also companies they invest. then the prospectus & annual/semi report.
-past performance just a guide. I look at funds gave min 10% annualized return (reason beat epf/asb + beat inflation + fees)
-List of top companies they invest also important for me.  for local equity, when I saw some companies (heavily debt, no growth potential etc), don't give me confidence to invest in that fund.
as a consultant, first I ask client main target and their duration. then I looked at my own portfolio and usually recommend the most suitable among both aggressive and balance which match their targets.
it is my self satisfaction when both see the investment grow
*
👍
Just hard to find a fund that consistently give 10% above yearly.

He told me he has a few fund over Malaysia, Asia and Global. All of them got profit last year.

I just recently started invest by using i-account via EPF.
Invested RM 1k in Global Select Fund.
After created an account with PM online, I can see how diversified the funds in it. A huge company with lots of funds.

Global select not bad thumbsup.gif .....i use to hold it long time until last year i switch it.

i prefer online platform with various choices of fund (except PM)... cool2.gif
