Although the van driver was a little drama queen coming out of his vehicle (LOL for a sec I thought he was namewee anyone think so)
But the lane he was turning into HAS NO TRAFFIC AT ALL.

The direction you are heading is totally jammed up, yet you had to move your car into the yellow box.
The result is van cannot turn right into his way, and his vehicle will block EVEN MORE cars behind him, worsening the traffic situation.

Conclusion, OP really go learn some common sense maybe go learn undang again because clearly you bought your license.

1. Blinker from van was clearly turned on showing his intention to TURN INTO A ROAD WITH NO TRAFFIC. Check

2. Enough clearing for van to proceed turning INTO his intended direction without blocking traffic. Check

3. Decision OP made? Move into box and block everyone, and you're accusing him of being the road bully?

ps: showed this video to a traffic police friend of mine and he said i'm wrong at first stop(okay I admit).. by the time I can move the van came in and block the van is at wrong because he did not stop before he turn...1-2 seconds he putting on signal before he making a turn is wrong..

Using blinker just 2 meters before turning. No blardy difference. Know it is jam and such a problematic turning turn the blinker on earlier.

Not everyone on the road is courteous meh. If ppl block you go around. No need to dramatize stuff by getting out just to show your blinking lights.
