Any M5 user would like to comment on your new purchase ?
I have just used it for almost 1 day. The phone is quite speedy, comparable or faster than my old Nexus 5. Brightness by default is lower though, I need to bring it to max to match the "mid" setting on my Nexus 5.
The built in speaker have a lot more mid and highs, can even feel the air pumping out from the bottom vent if I put my thumb to close the speaker (hopefully won't spoil it, just to make sure the front facing speakers are dummy, hehe).
Battery life need to run a bit longer first.
I replaced the launcher with Google Now Launcher, keyboard with Google Keyboard, felt right at home.
The front and back of the phone, does need a bit getting used to, somehow the "border" sticks out a little bit compared to the flat panel.
There are a lot of pre-installed apps on the phone, but thankfully they can all be uninstalled.
