no it won't be terminated. already seen this on my plan and after credit expired, data plan still works as normal.

Is that we can ignore the Credit Balance portion? even it is showed us different date range than Internet Balance portion.
I don't hope this will get my plan terminated even my Internet Balance is showing me, it is active.
We're okay with there are 2 expired date on each portion but not with the different active date range, it is confusing your customer.

Hi saitong09, any other suggestions for cheaper long validity data plan? My Hotlink tablet plan is expiring soon 

I topup and purchased 2GB 365 days DATA (expired on Feb 2018), after purchased and only found out Hotlink changed the policy 
So for now, in order want to enjoy the DATA, I forced to topup again to purchase 365 days validity which cost me RM33, so end up spent for RM80 to get 2GB for 365 days which is.... 

Minimum topup value: RM45 + RM35 = RM80

Hotlink Customer Care claim that Hotlink has send this sms to announce Hotlink Tablet Plan has been migrated to Hotlink Prepaid Broadband, do anybody receive such sms? i never receive such sms before.

hi, when does it became deactivated? did you contact maxis hotlink custcare to reactivate it? every maxis hotlink prepaid postpaid can ask custcare to reactive deactivated sim card.
hotlink TnC is only about not helping to restore RM45 2GB 365 validity and top-up unused balance, for normal prepaid, but hotlink tablet plan expire due to sudden unannounced rules change, you can ask them to restore RM45 2GB 365 validity and top-up unused balance.
i dont think have to [complaint to SKMM/MCMC every year to extend your internet validity].

hi, just saying, you could claim and restore what you alreadly paid, RM45 2GB 365 validity and top-up unused balance.

Maxis/Hotlink, seems that my line is inactive status while my internet pass is valid till 2018.

What should I do to have it align back with my internet pass? I need to maintain my line.
