I reckon if you top up now, your expiry date won't change.

If you buy new 2GB pass, then expiry become one year from date of purchase.

If you buy new 1GB pass, the pass expire after 60 days but your account remain " active " till Jan.

Sorry to bring up this thread. May i know where can i get this nano sim at Seremban? I still dunno where to get. Many authorized reseller r not aware on this plan. Include Maxis center located at town also. Making me like a alien. Anyone can help? Any Maxis representative here?

Had a bad experience purchasing the Hotlink Tablet Plan. Went to Maxis Centre at The Gardens, paid up RM30 and the staff had trouble activating the SIM. He told me to come back after 3 hours and even then there were still problems with the activation process. They refunded me RM30 and told me to try again next time or go to another branch.

Went to Maxis Centre at Sunway and they told me they pulled off this plan for the time being, despite the website clearly saying its available.

I suspect ur case same as me, better pm #hotlink to clarify the issue. If the same case u will get refund.

I have the same problem of activating the hotlink tablet plan on my dual-sim Moto G 1st gen phone. I bought the hotlink tablet plan 2 weeks ago but when I tried activating it last Friday I keep getting this error:

I PM'd hotlink's twitter support and this is their reply:

So yesterday I went to their Maxis Center in Sunway Pyramid and in less than an hour they successfully activated the sim card on my phone. The tech guy said some phones like Xiaomi and Motorola have different APN or something. However the activation didn't went smoothly because the registration page asked for a TAC number and their website failed to sms me the TAC number to my other hotlink sim card (that can receive sms). So the tech guy did something on his PC (I dunno what, probably they have specialised internal tools) and activated the sim card.

Why redapp cant detect the connection? I cant check my balance. Clear cache, off wifi, uninstall and reinstall doesnt help.

just topup RM30 then i noticed

1.RM45 for 2GB/365 days
2.RM25 for 1GB/60 days

now no more RM25 for 1GB/365 days    

seldom use it , just my backup and i have 2 of this
so will keep only 1 later......

I've totally given up on this plan, so many issues especially for Windows users. Line gonna terminate 05 July 2016.

Good idea from Maxis, spoiled by being poorly executed.

the sim cannot receive sms, which prevents accessing Red on another device using TAC
