Bank lelong is one of the options for subsale prospective purchasers.

So this Alam Sanjung thread cannot discuss about subsale as well? Brickz record cannot be shared?

No bumi restriction imposed by the bank (RHB) or auctioneer.
But under malay owner name. So is best to check with the developer whether this unit is under bumi quota/lot or not.
Since still under master title.

Lelong unit check in from SOHO unit (low floor, only level 1 is SOHO i think. not so sure).
But size is as big as the 3 bedroom service apartment above.
Maybe need to do creative partition, etc into actual rooms?
Only 1 toilet. Interesting.

Owner bought developer unit after project completion.
Bought in Feb 2018.
1 year down the road already entered lelong.
