what's more development when already completed long time ago?

the developement is refered to the condo - even though its completed ...

when completed, either discuss how good is the product or discuss the defect, buy and sell how much, and of cause lelong also refer to buy and sell.. i cant think whats the problem.

u want to involve a mod to decide if lelong post should be posted here?

No bumi restriction imposed by the bank (RHB) or auctioneer.
But under malay owner name. So is best to check with the developer whether this unit is under bumi quota/lot or not.
