Agree, when I first time see the outlook, it remind me of parklane oug which is now selling cheaper than Alam Sanjung. I have been wondering also, why this apartment so near by subang but selling price so low. Now reading the thread here I understand better. Haha. Been considering about buying but now have to think twice.

just invest a lil bit more but u get additional rm500 per month.

1.8K at least able to cover monthly installment

I expect can rent out 1700 with partly furnish, 912 facing facilities, 2 side by side parking, anyway, this depend on tenant need for furnishing and negotiable if interested.
