rental demand here is IMPRESSIVE given the final product, density of 3-4k units in the area & surroundings/ location outside sec 1-13.

any leftover units of alam sanjung still for sale from developer? rmbr seeing brochures 2 months back. Compete with investor liao if like this.

Knowing all this, would ppl still buy the greens/final phase thats intergrated with cemetary?
