Plus it has 4 cores and 8 threads,the extra threads help you with stuffs like video editing.The i5s only have 4 cores and 4 threads.

It's not recommended to run an entry-level PSU with a high-end card. I'd suggest dropping the 16GB RAM down to 8,and use the extra on PSU.

Intel Xeon E3-1231 V3 is an i7 4790 in disguise,200MHz,no iGP but cheaper. Some server processors can be used for non-server stuffs.

That's what i'd suggest.If you want a bigger HDD,can change to Seagate Barracuda 2TB RM309.

Intel Xeon E3-1231 V3(Or the 1230 V3 since that's about RM100 cheaper just 100MHz slower ) is a better option even though it's from the Haswell generation.If you want Skylake,i7 6700K or i7 6700.Games are taking advantage of more cores and threads.

Intel Xeon E3-1230 V3 3.3GHz RM906.30 + Asrock H97-Pro4 RM348.74 is a better combo. Intel beats AMD for gaming..and that FX9590 is a power and heat monster.
Can add in CM Hyper TX3 Evo RM94.34 if you want a CPU cooler.Recommended for the Xeon.

Intel Xeon E3-1230 V3 is just like an i7 in disguise.4 cores and 8 threads,only 100MHz slower than the i7 6700,300MHz slower than the i7 4790.It has no IGP but it's cheaper.

Also,if you want the Haswell Refresh Xeon,E3-1231 V3 is around RM1050. Not all Xeons are only for server usage.

MSI GTX960 Tiger OC 2GB GDDR5 is priced at RM794,Gigabyte GTX960 Windforce OC 2GB GDDR5 is priced at RM885(Prices are from TechView).But IdealTech only have Gigabyte as one of the brands that they sell,they don't sell MSI cards.The Gigabyte GTX960 OC 2x is priced at RM989.
