Dear all the sifu, I am looking for white sneaker and so far narrow down to the below 2 choices:
1) Converse Jack Purcell Signature Leather - RM499
2) Adidas porsche design 356 - RM530

Tried on both and found that the converse is more comfortable.

Any comment?

If you want white and comfort, the Adidas Boost is probably one of the best.

Utraboost cost RM650 and I have never seen in white color before.

Tried on the stan smith also and found that it's real classic but it just didn't click on me.

1) That's a very expensive JP. Stupid expensive. You can get a ton of better more comfortable sneakers at that price. Or get a normal JP and add in your own preferred insole.

2) NO.

Maybe it's just me, but find the newer "Remastered" classics too expensive for Converse tier shoes. Still not convinced by the "improvements" they made, and even so it can't really justify the price. Converse are Converse. Beaters. Cheap shoes you buy to trash into the ground.

anybody knows where to find authentic stan smiths/gazelle/palace for a reasonable price? I was told that adidas official stores are 30% more expensive than alternative sellers.

The JP signature leather is loaded with leather on the upper top, Ortholite footbed and Nike Zoom Air Technology. It's really comfortable to wear. But yet to test wear on long period. The pricing is neither competitive nor expensive.

free series are excellent for walking, not many use them for running actually. It's more directed at casual.

bought the 3.0 for rm319 at nike store. 4.0 sold out for the sales. A bit regretted coz saw reviews in net states tat 4.0 is better with more cushioning. adui.

If you argue like that than 5.0 has the most cushioning since it's the thickest .
3.0 is more for ppl who wants to feel really low to the ground giving the closest to a shoeless experience

I have a pair of 3.0's, probably the most enjoyable sneaker I have to date. I used to run with it, for a few weeks but decided to use it as a sneaker instead.

Comfort wise, it is top notch. Only drawback is the lack of heel support, especially for long distance driving might hurt a little laugh.gif
