Any one knows the low cost unit beside Holmes will have how many floor? Wonder if the lower floors' view will be blocked by this building.

U guys have any idea the bank valuation in the future for a project where has a mixed price of affordable home and non affordable home?
Imagine one is bought at 200k and the other one is 400k? Bank will take which one for bank valuation in subsales? |
