Last time i bought a stick of So-DIMM RAM from a seller in MMU, CyberJaya.

He post it using  NATION WIDE Express in Cyberjaya.

The item should be arrive on the morning of the following day.
But the NATION WIDE Express worker didn call the contact number on

the form. It just leave a msg saying " Missed Me ". Then put a letter ask me go and take from their office.

I am very angry even though that time i still at home, he didn bother to call my phone and take the parcel.

BAD SERVICES of  NATION WIDE Express.

So far i only tried Poslaju, Nationwide Express and Citylink Express..

Poslaju dont allow u to ship Fragile item and my post office here always like to ask u what's inside..fragile?? last time i posted a sound card then i told her, it is a sound card.. ehh..she dunno wat is it then warn me again..fragile cant post, k..

Nationwide is expensive a bit and experienced some delay on shipment by them.. extra 2 days.. So far no issue with Citylink. And happenned b4, citylink staff fail to reach the address as i wrote the wrong 'jalan', luckily they did call up to receiver and confirm about it.. their charge is cheaper as well.. Finally, i end up to open account with Citylink for frequent shipping and lower rate..

I've sent fragile items usin' PosLaju. 1 instance was a gift of glass bottle w/ teddy bear etc inside. And I always make sure fragile items r nicely padded w/ buble wrap/newspapers all around

All reached in perfect condition

Nvr did the akak² @ counter asked wht's inside; mebe coz they knw me well 

ya la.. last time i found myself a good PSU at bulk forum..
But i dont dare to buy because worried about courier prob.. act PSU box dont come with any protection one.. the unit is quite heavy, about 2.5KG. I cannot immagine if the messanger accidently drop my PSU.

i used fdex or dhl company one...it handle nicely..no problem..will call u when cant find the place..or not at home..

the rest like skynet...poslaju...most of the time they dont call us one...
the package arrive in a mess..like the himpit with many heavy items..

the bro and sis at the counter also din ask me what i sent.
well, we can request a "fragile" sticker from them to stick on the parcel. a forumer mentioned in somewhere before.
so, next time if wana send something which is fragile, make sure it's wrapped nicely and request for a "fragile" sticker, i think then the postman who deliver will handle it with care.

Maybe the Messenger Dont Want To Use His Pocket money to call you. Its Because when he making call, can't claim with his company. If All the Item thats he need to send & Need to Call, can you imagine how many call he need to for a month to find your & other receiver address?

Well, i don't agree with u..
It's their responsibilty to call us if they can't find the recepient's address.. Then, we gave us our contact no. for what?
Skynet also called me b4 to find my house.. No prob, this is the service.
Even, when I talked to the officer.. She also admitted it was their messenger's mistake for not calling me. Because he really needs to call if he couldn't find. There's not such thing of bringing back to the branch. What if I need the thing urgently? Excuse.

diff courier diff service..we cant ask all the courier to provide the same service rite?most important is that they send the stuff we deliver on time and without any damage on it..that is more important after all
