In this age where people are busy to earn a living, it is hard to even find one two person to try and lead the club and at the same time maintain the documentation. End of day, being registered makes no difference apart from the paperwork.

2- 10 years/ 10k is kinda cheap for killing a whole family poi. But well, law is law.
