It makes me mad reading responses from that myvi club side. But, they do have the right to defend themselves. There are already eye witness, cctv. Im sure this case will go to court.

What angers me most is that it porbably won't. All those FMC will go scot free in the next week.

This is a very very sad case, and give hard punishment to those idiot racer wannabe!

Idiot wannabe racer is the one to be blamed on this accident. but the part of the victim's death is at their own fault if they didn't wear the seatbelts during the time of incident.

What i'm trying to say now I know I will get backfired very hard.

From what I know, airbags will still deploy regardless you wear your seatbelts or not.
Modern cars seatbelts are quite rigid compared to seatbelts 10 years ago.

From what I see from the damage from the pajero sport in this incident, it is very unlikely for the seatbelts to break or unclipped itself.

Unless the rollover is very very violent which could stripped all the doors of pajero then the seatbelts will likely break at that force, but not on this particular pajero damaged condition (I consider it is quite violent as the driver's door has been stripped.)

If both victims has their seatbelts on, it is still very unlikely for both seatbelts to get broken at the same time.
Babies should be put on baby seats as long as your car is moving, please for the god sake of your children safety, regardless how defensive you drive, some morons will just ramp you in any direction by surprise (just so in this myvi-pajero case).

Even though the parents with their seatbelts on but not the babies, if accident happens even the handbag on your hand will get flung out what say more about the 10kg babies.

If you think the other way, if the victims did not get flung out of the vehicle they might have survived. What kill them is the high speed impact of their body with the ground.

Seatbelts or not, it is too late to judge as this cannot turn the fate. What happened has happened.

Please all Malaysians, I know most don't like to wear seatbelts just to look cool, badass or whatever shitty reason that will compromise your safety, PLEASE, that simple overlooked boring miserable 3-point seatbelt will saves your life any day.

Wow!

banyaknya irrational white knights kat /k ni.

I just ask simple, polite question about why the deceased family went out at 2am pun kena bash?

Lol! doh.gif

Based on my experience, when you drive at late at midnite, WITHOUT proper rest prior to travel, you will feel drowsy and exhausted. Maybe the deceased driver couldnt judged properly on the road at that time.

The racers also shouldn't race at public road too. Dangerous to other road users. Be it Rempitz, ah bengs, high power car owners, etc.

The point is, don't simply bash Myvi owners or Axia ka, Peroton tin milo owners and whatnots as a a whole for this incident.

The driver's attitude is to be blamed, not the car. Lu bawak kereta Fellali also if your attitude mcm nokhorom will bound to cause accidents.

Ke most of the /k punya akal letak kat kepala lutuit??

My condolence to the deceased. May the orphans stay strong after this. God's fate who are we to question eh? (except for non-believers, no offense)

Enjoy your long weekends gaise. Got one more day to rest before going back for work.
Drive safe, plan your travel ahead, rest well and becareful.

i dun think its enough

the cctv is not enuf to convict the racers.

But there are already eyewitness. Unless they could discredit the witnesses b4 the charge, then i dont think they could avoid court. I dont think its hard to charge them for driving recklessly, the hard part would be to prove these myvis are the ones that caused the accident.

The myvis im sure are also aware of this. Which is y they dare to do police report to cover their side.

The case is already solid to bring to court, the outcome will be the big question.

Because you failed at reading. If you spent a few minutes skimming through first few pages of this post you will find out that it happened at 1.30am, not 2.30, so it's not THAT late at night. And also the family went putrajaya for wedding ceremony.

You ask bodoh gaban question, you get the replies you deserved.
Furthermore, the tone in this thread is everyone feeling for the victim and the victim's family, plus the MFC idiots non-stop defending their members action, etc. So most ppl here when see a post like yours will be quick to makan you because they enough of those bullshit keep blaming the victim or what. (same case as seatbelt wear or x wear)

and also, what the fak has deceased driver couldnt judge properly or not got to do with this incident. Victim got hit because idiots were racing, nothing victim could do. Doesnt matter what the victim could judge or couldn't judge.
