 Worst and Terrible company in Malaysia, Worst CEO i ever met before

Hi anyone heard of Just Mobile Sdn Bhd which located in Fraser Business Park, Kuala Lumpur.
I would like to share the worst working experiences that all of our staffs had in that company,

Terrible CEO attitude towards clients and staff
Extremely high turnover
Bad office environment
Unable to hire local employee due to bad reputation and hired a lot of foreign works
Many delayed projects
Poor and not systematic management
No SOP to follow, depends on CEO's mood

Please share with us ur thoughts if you guys are the former or existing employees.
We have to share this info out to everyone so that they will not fall into this kind of shi*ty company anymore.

2. If boss cut ur salary and say u r delaying the project? But it's none of your business and you are not getting any commission from that?

Of course I had deal with him before I had all these comments.
Else why am I saying these out.
If you guys don't believe can have a try and work in that company. Just some sharing info to avoid others from getting scam by this kinda company. Can choose to believe it or just ignore it.

if you in kl , you need 1 million something per year project to cater just for 15 staff max. I never aggree to the ceo. but if he can bring the job, he's good one. Look Steve Jobs,everybody hate him and once people throw him out of the company and call him and bring up from cold storage apple to hyper business market nowdays..

My advise just coup de tat, most chinease tend to make new business after working with old bosses.. it is soft trend coup de tat... i dono why..
most people suck by da way but how to leverage them is another way. whistling.gif

You will truly feel what we feel

By the way, all of the clients are complaining about him after each projects. He even start a fight with every single client if things does not go as he wish, which I think he is totally su*ks

So i think it won't be a problem for him to maintain the business
But that business never grow since 10 years ago

i think eventually.. this business will collapse. the company now grow.. so.. might have possibility end up with debt. some old workers resign. but the victims gonna be the new fresh graduate. what company is diz?

i been in chinaman company with low salary,crazy working hour project and the same thing.. for those people, human can be replaceable..But how the customer make you unreplaceble ? hmm.gif The word : communication.. and extra business logic..Most ceo main hentam je .I can even create another universe but how to make it is another story sweat.gif

But I heard this company rewards their good performing staffs bo. I heard some people got early confirmation and good increments, only after 2 months working there. Some more staffs get increments every 3 months and can work from home. Cool! Got flexible working time too…I wish my boss let me work flexi hrs. Traffic jam la! mad.gif

Yeah, my friend is working inside and he told me got one time the company kena screwed by a iOS developer. The girl was fresh grad, got good RM2,700 salary and they send her for iOS training. Then, after 7 months the girl just cabut cos got better offer of RM1,500 extra! Did not even serve the resign notice. Wah, spoilt girl!

Who wants to counter offer extra RM1,500? I don’t think Microsoft or IBM will do that. If counter offer, then lagi they next time try to ask for more money!

Ya la, people. Don’t just judge people from the cover of the book. CEO and bosses are supposed to be more demanding than the rest of staffs. If they don’t chase ppl to work, who will chase? I’m sure ppl will FB in office if got work or no work. If we all so rajin, then boss also no need to chase la…hehe

1. staff freakin lazy malay or chinease... both..
2. ya facebook also enemy,have done lot at router.. they think https? rclxub.gif
3. yes, some lower staff me think i harsh, if you are stakeholder.. freakin no choise.. that old issue before.
4. Now, i got 4 delay customer.. thank got solo. If got a lot of staff and staff didn't do the job how to paid them ?
this gst thinggy people are struggling and i see lot of shop close compare to old days...

You should be lucky to work for clueless CEO or better still those that don't even bother about the business and make you do everything from accounting to business development.

That way you can really understand the business, create relationship with the existing clients and make mistakes at your bosses expense. Then learn enough come out and set up your own business and take all his customers and suppliers.

A bad CEO is one that treats you well, never make you work OT, give good benefits, compensate you at or above market value and handles all of the important job himself leaving you to just do only your job. That is the worse kind of CEO coz you will never learn anything beyond your scope of work and you will have absolutely 0% chance of starting your own business.

You'll be surprised. the CEO will ask you to do that presentation while he goes off to play a round of golf. He may or may not know what's going in but Even better for you. Gain the trust of the board so you can oust him in the future, if need be.

Also put yrself in the CEO's shoes. U have to make sales. U have to make profit. U have to manage expenses ie make sure all staff get paid on time. If ten of u at RM3000 pm then RM30,000 pm (excluding EPF contribution, training, medical etc etc) have to be ready to be paid out, regardless of not got sales, or got collection problem.

U as the salaryman only work and take home gaji.No need worry about the rest.

So easy to complain about this and that and how the CEO should do this and that. If it is so easy, then why not everybody is CEO?

Semua org pun ada kesusahan, but if u jadi ceo want ur worker to work for u then u kena paham ur staffs well then. Else no workers will think in CEO's shoe
