You should be lucky to work for clueless CEO or better still those that don't even bother about the business and make you do everything from accounting to business development. That way you can really understand the business, create relationship with the existing clients and make mistakes at your bosses expense. Then learn enough come out and set up your own business and take all his customers and suppliers.
