In 2nd bill should be the charges for June July right? So 2nd bill should be RM38 plus gst. That's all

First month: 2GB left
2nd month: 2GB + 3GB
Let's say for 3rd month u only use 1GB. So u have left 4GB. U r entitled to carry forward only 3GB into your 4th month. Geddit?

No they dont. If you are charged then the dealer is scamming you. For goodness sake peeps please go to their centres next time. Avoid these scumbag dealers.Yea I know RM5 is not much but I hate the thought of being charged when it is supposed to be free

advance payment is just like "deposit".
Next time when you want to terminate, they will use this to offset your last bill. If got any balance will refund to you by cheque. ( pro-rated )
I believe many telco like U mobile also required advance payment.
*
Ah.. So it's like that. Now I understand. Some telcos treat advance payment differently. DiGi uses it to offset the first bill

When I was using their prepaid last time I went to their centre to change to 4G sim. Free of charge. Went back home. Broke the sim when I tried to take it out of the holder hahaha. Went back to change. Told them it got damaged. Didnt even let them see the card. They just straightaway gave me a new card

Hi there, I have successfully ported from Yellow to Blue today within 18 hours without charges.

However I only enable 3G setting in my phone as I only use it for social apps. But I do notice even the connection is better than Mr. Yellow, it takes some time for the connection to be connected :S...

Just like what yay121 mentioned. sad.gif
I'm in East, Bintulu.
*
Bintulu here too. Mr Yellow is the poorest here, no competition against Mr Blue. Which has LTE here

Tell them ur sim is faulty. That you always encounter dropped calls n data and ur phone always show no sim inserted. They will replace for free if the sim is faulty
