They are indeed capping it I think. Although they don't admit it or the CS is clueless. We should all file a report attaching the speedtest result

Better coz you can attach the screenshot of your speedtestI even ask the staff that called me, I tell them most of the people speed capped around 5mbps He said should not be like this, if the speed around 5mbps please call their customer service in order to let their technical staff check for more details lol So everyone, let go call This post has been edited by spikey2506: Apr 29 2015, 01:26 PM |

QUOTE(alexanderclz @ Apr 29 2015, 08:00 PM) just changed from celcom 1 malaysia to celcom basic 38 this afternoon. still pending. and what's worse it, i cannot make calls, sms or use my data from the previous c1m plan while pending. They are inundated with requests already to get into this plan. A friend of mine went this morning also still waiting for the plan to be active. I went last Saturday. 5 mins after exiting the branch I received a message saying the plan is active alreadydamn |

QUOTE(xperiaDROID @ Apr 30 2015, 05:34 PM) Is there anyone that has no problems with the Basic 38 plan? Seeing many people complaining about the slow H+ and LTE speed, I'm quite worried that I'll regret. If people keep on complaining, I might have to stay with U Mobile U50 plan. Surfing wise the speed is fine as the ping on LTE is good. You wont notice it. I know this coz I was on a full speed Celcom LTE before. And no,this is not because of overloading. My guess for the slow speed is because the line is overloaded, since many people switch to Celcom recently. |

As a secondary internet account the speed is fine. Fast enuff for FB whatsapp IG etc. It's even faster than my streamyx at home lol. If it's your sole internet access then I guess you're entitled to rage. I just want Celcom to be honest with it and tell us

QUOTE(ChuanHong @ May 5 2015, 10:53 AM) hmm.. supposing should no charge on sim card.. previous experience on maxis and umobile is no charge.. nvm la.. let that malay girls earn lo.. as long as the MNP process is ok then will do.. currently under Umobile prepaid, so porting is no issue for me.. just dunno how long time it's will take.. That RM40.30 is advance payment for first month. So when first month bill comes later they (and us) don't have to pay anything. While you will need to pay. That RM5 probably went to her pocket.some of my colleagues is have to pay rm40.30 from what they told me.. and rm10 duty stamp or processing fee?! but i paid rm5 only.. QUOTE(Chartry @ May 6 2015, 06:03 PM) Do you have to pay deposit? Cause the website says rm300 for those who have been with celcom for less than 6 months I didnt. I guess since I was on their prepaid service before. so I have been with them for quite a while. You can just ask them. Maybe they can waive the deposit |

My billing date is today. I have about 1GB from last month. Last night received an sms saying 1GB is carried forward to my next billing cycle.

QUOTE(alexanderclz @ May 8 2015, 04:17 PM) My bill is still not yet out on OCS. I guess need to give them a few days. But should be pro rated according to the number of days since I signed up. That's the standard practice.QUOTE(am3 @ May 8 2015, 05:01 PM) so now you have 3gb + 1gb previouis month for total 4gb? Yup. That's right.someone who don't use data at all will have 3gb+3gb? |
