did you block the main airhole ? the one in between two poles (inside of tank, not outside)

ahaa easy, you know "perigi / water well" same goes to the subtank mini. if you block the perigi, the airflow gonna be restrict.
check your cotton. not too full by the juice well (different well lol)

Did u try re wicking and clean up your tank. Most likely juice went into the air hole due to too little cotton.
I have not used the rebuild able coil but I have change the cotton in the pre-wicked occ. so far it is fine.

If its spitting all the time, try taking longer, slower hits. If you're taking frequent short hits then you are flooding the coil.

Probably not enough cotton or blocked air hole. Try checking your cotton is too much or too little

spitting caused by flooded chamber. if ur using rba. thick cotton for pg based liquid. thin cotton for vg based liquid

more cotton . pg liquid is thin . easy flood the chamber. also use 26gauge coil.
