I think there are 3 route go to desa petaling. 1. De route from Salak South Village 2. Seremban highway from KL city 3. Kampung Malaysia or besraya highway toward to TBS. Most ppls taking no1 and no2.

After discount, I assume a unit in block D price tag is 630k. If what u says is correct then a unit in block C selling price is 655k. If taking 90% loan an approximately total interest paid would be at 32k. Really need to think think think and thing again.

Quite subjective and too many dependencies. But, majority greedy investors are prefer klcc view. Also, some are more particular, there would make sure they got the full view of kl city.

My little thought,
1. Agreed. You will never regret owing one of exsim products
2. Agreed that psf is good but need to think twice on quantum if is for investment
3. Public transport is not that ideal in desa petaling if you staying in desa petaling
4. Fully sold out or not is too subjective. everyone has their own view.
5. I think not only small sewerage pond suggest pay a visit to the actual site

Agreed. Some more is big size. doable rental in desa petaling is not even touched to 1.5k for fully furnished. 2k or above rental is a challenge, no doubt exsim products can lure some hopper jump to this.

Your friend got below 4.0% yield not really healthy, sorry to tell this. I think leafz has much better rental yield then, sorry to tell this. Agreed, most new developments aiming HSR and MRT line 2.
