But what stopping people renting out public houses or low cost houses like PPR, DBKL houses etc before? Malaysia enforcement is never that strong to begin with. With over 1Million PR1MA, Rumawip all over Malaysia in the next few years plan to be develop, I'm not sure our gov agency can handle if people renting out their house when under moratorium.

I just hope those who get the RUMAWIP/PR1MA is those genuine own stayers. Even then we will have tough luck to rent/sell our unit in 10 years time hehe.

I think i know. City gal or boy love the concept of private urban farming on one acre land. They like it so much. Secondly is, fitting/fixture, nice free kitchen cabinet bla bla bla given. 3rd, so far no lose money record that completed high rise by Exsim or own-stays are happy too.

Which mean nearly 1200 buyers are buying for own-stay. If is truth then is a good news. If u track back their records u will roughly know how many percentage are for own stay.

The desa petaling roads are congested after this project completed. The new T-junction created by this project became more risks. Some more want to open the gate behind. No eyes see. No road improvement just know how to built condos.

I do not understand why they want to do that since the road is wide enough after the t-junction towards to nidoz guardhouse.

Some more want to allow behind gate in/out thru salak south villages. I hopes ppls setup the barrier pole to block them in and out.
