Ya I know that, not at least another 10 years.

But what stopping people renting out public houses or low cost houses like PPR, DBKL houses etc before? Malaysia enforcement is never that strong to begin with. With over 1Million PR1MA, Rumawip all over Malaysia in the next few years plan to be develop, I'm not sure our gov agency can handle if people renting out their house when under moratorium.

I just hope those who get the RUMAWIP/PR1MA is those genuine own stayers. Even then we will have tough luck to rent/sell our unit in 10 years time hehe.

What makes u interested in Nidoz if u willing to share?

Residential titled condos are banned from doing airbnb under dbkl.

Hi I heard that there is a college coming up besides Nidoz is it? And right now, those completed shop besides Nidoz will be VP soon? It will be office lot?

5 room can get rm3k already

Good project no need to give so complicated % and change change change  after so long from launching.

Thats why there are hangover units kut. Go see puchong expensive condo projects, every mth got new sales package to clear off units.

Lately the roadside parking had gone from bad to worse..

Both side have illegal parking, ramping up the ledge.. foodtrucks there and pathway become oily..

In fact all development require infrastructure cost contribution to local authorities however most of the time authorities will just retain for further use.

Visitor wanna get in also a bit challenging. Have to wait outside.
My brother went to meet his friend, who is an owner and resident there.

His friend has to look for vacant visitor parking bay and has to snap a picture before approaching the security guards to allow my brother to drive in.
