but they found out nidoz this project giving 15% disc for purchaser , so they only can give 90% of loan AFTER 15% discount amount .

Not sure which bank will give you a 100% loan to be honest.
I know that all banks only gives out 90% loan for home re-financing.

The 15% is only given back later after you sign the SNP. So it is the same thing.

eg : nidoz one unit rm800k
and public bank will deduct -15% from rm800k which is 680k , and base on rm680k they give u 90% . which is rm612k

But sound like the bank gave you an 85% loan rather than a 90%.
But your interest is slightly lower than mine (just a fraction). Which is still quite a good deal.

strongly advised you to contact Exsim/ DBKL to check again your details.. as i received call from Exims, mentioned that DBKL has lost my document... needed to be resubmit again for approval
