Fickle fans.
What's wrong with you all? Calling for Brendan's head after the defeat to Hull? To all those who attacked the gaffer LOOK at the stats!!! We got bigger possession, more shots on goal and most important of all, we got better pass completion rate. These stats certainly mean something right!? Come on guys. Remember how BR took us to second place finish not to mention that we were so close to winning to league if it wasn't for Gerrard's slip? Remember how BR brought the best out of Luis Suarez? If it wasn't for BR's coaching methods you think he will be firing goals like he is today? Rome isn't built in ONE day. Remember how SAF was this close getting sacked but the patience of the fans was rewarded thereafter. Have complete faith in BR, the Liverpool project will certainly take time to manifest, I'll say give BR 6 -8 years before we can judge him. BR lost his chief striker this season, so surely he will need time to adjust. With so many new players coming in, he will need time to access their skills and abilities and tweak the formation. Remember, we have added a bunch of young but high in potential players like Markovic, Moreno, Can and Lovren. These players are still young and they will prove to be true gems in the near future. We are not Man City or Chelsea..we have to be prudent in our spending and find the right players that fit into BR's way of football. Marquee players doesnt guarantee you success so we have to start scouting young Messis and with BR's famed coaching methods, they will soon grow into real Messis. Have FAITH in BR. Remember the 12 match unbeaten run? Shame on you fans who call for BR's head. Shoutout to the truest fans in this forum, dillonyong, genjo, lilpig, lilredridinghood, chaukeng who sticks with BR through thick and thin and even at this darkest hour their loyalty has not been dampened a single bit. This is the spirit of Shankly we all grown to admire. IN RODGERS WE TRUST #IRWT #RodgersIn |

Finally just about everyone's given up on BR now. Last straw for me was the 2 defeats in a row to Utd and Arsenal. In any case, losing Suarez at the start of the season and failing to get Sanchez as a replacement, I knew the club was in for a rough season. |

Where is 3 at the back tactical genius formation?
Since 3 at the back magic spell being broken by MU, and switch to back 4, the team is playing poorly since then, hardly can score. Many have been criticising putting Gerrard as defensive midfield, yet the manager keep on doing it. Same with Balo, everyone already said he is suit to lone striker role, yet keep on being played as lone striker. I sincerely hope the team finish 7th and miss out Europa League, if not, excuse of need to improve depth of squad again that bring in more mediocre players. Europe stage is too "deep" for the manager. |

Remember someone warned LVG may find it tough in EPL...On paper, Liv had an easier run in than MU for the last 10 matches, yet BR screwed up so badly. |

QUOTE(yeelong @ Apr 29 2015, 10:51 AM) Based on the logic of above statement,it just mean Suarez 70 mil (which total up 100 mil over the summer transfer dealing) cannot buy a single goal. Last year scored 100 goals, - 50 goals (by suarez+Sturridge) = 50 goals. How many goals scored since the season started until now? 47 goals. 100 mil spent but cannot buy a single goal... |
