Can someone explain to me why Liverpool are interested to sign Benteke ?
i see Benteke as a target man and as i know, BR doesnt how to use target man
but some say Liverpool going after him..why ?

You have to understand that my hands are tied by the transfer committee. I submit a list of players that I want every year but most of them won't choose Liverpool FC for reasons that i think is best I don't share here.

At the end of the day, you fans have to understand that we are not the same club like we were pre-WW2. So we have pretty much no choice but to pick from the pile of players the top clubs do not want.

You will never know the tactical genius way of thinking, that's why he is the genius.

Sold off Andy Carroll, because he doesn't suit his game play. Bought Lambert and Balotelli instead, same mould. Realised both Lambert and Balotelli doesn't suit his game play again, going to off load both of them in the summer. Now plan to buy another target man, Benteke.
